This may not surprise you at all, since the mobs, especially pink sheep, are ugly and way too realistic. But the main problem is the real life people who don't fit in with the blocky world and are very obviously green screened in. Mojang and Warner Bros. should listen to the community, delay the movie release and make it completely animated. This would fix the biggest problem and prove to be a lot better-looking in the end.
