Omi is a small orb-shaped AI device that listens to conversations to summarize or obtain more information about them. It currently lacks the ability to read brains but the feature will ship sometime in Q2 of 2025. The device costs $89.

Xreal has introduced the One Pro at CES 2025 and it comes with better overall specifications like a larger 57-degree FoV, larger spatial screen of 171-inches, and a 100 nits brighter display. The device is available for pre-orders for $599 and will start shipping in March this year.

But upon pressing a dedicated key, the Rollable screen unrolls and becomes this giant wide tablet-like aspect ratio with a higher resolution of 2000 x 2350.

Withings has unveiled Omnia, a smart home mirror that performs a 360-degree body scan, measures weight and EKG, and tracks body composition. The AI-powered mirror provides health metrics and provides guidance with the help of an AI voice assistant and even sends data to medical professionals.

Rabbit R1 is a new AI assistant made by a startup. It has been launched at CES 2024 and pre-orders have gone live with the device carrying a $199 price tag. This is made to be a 'simple computer' and the AI model they are using can navigate user interfaces (UI) to do various tasks like book you an Uber cab, navigate Discord to create an AI image on Midjourney, among other things.

Lenovo at CES 2024 just unveiled the ThinkBook 13x Gen 4 SPE with E-Ink display. This is actually a proof of concept showing Lenovo's innovation. Four variants were shown at CES 2024, with unique features. One even offered a dynamic clock, and Lenovo says the E-ink display is quite customizable supporting up to 1000 different images. The company also claims it does not cost battery life, as it is built with ultra low power E-ink technology.

The phone also comes with a 6.78-inch 165Hz Samsung E6 AMOLED LTPO panel with FHD+ resolution, and 2500 nits of peak brightness. All powered by a 5,500 mAh battery capable of charging at 65W wired and 15W wirelessly. You also get a 50MP primary camera with gimbal stabilization tech, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 32MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

AMD has launched the new RX 7600 XT graphics card at CES 2024 today. As compared to the non-XT variant, this features 16GB of VRAM, which is double of its predecessor. AMD states this new GPU is futureproof even for upcoming games of the future. It maxes out games at 1080p and is also capable of 1440p gaming with ease, says AMD. The new GPU is available from January 24th, 2025 and costs $329.

Samsung has shown off demos of its transparent microLED display at CES 2024. This exciting new technology looks quite futuristic, with the transparent microLED display being described as looking like a 'hologram'. There is even a frameless design, and a very small microLED chip is present in the thin display glass which makes this technology possible. While transparent microLED display technology is not coming anytime soon, this tech being demoed at CES 2024 is a testament to Samsung's display innovation.

XReal has launched its new Air 2 Ultra glasses for $699. These feature 120Hz refresh rate, 6DoF tracking, and have 1080p resolutioon per eye. There are two new 3D environment sensors on these Air 2 Ultra AR glasses. The new AR glasses have also been touted as the world's first built out of titanium. Shipping begins from March 2025 onwards and the XReal Air 2 is available for pre-orders on their website.

This is a new laptop launched for an affordable price of $1399 and brings glasses-free 3D display technology supporting 4K UHD resolution and 100% Adobe RGB. It is powered by Nvidia RTX 4050 GPU and Intel Core i7-13620H processor. This tech was available in more expensive laptops, but now we are seeing it in a mid-range one!
