Initially rumored for March, the new iPad Pro and iPad Air models are expected to arrive in the second week of May. The 2024 iPad Pro is expected to arrive with an OLED panel, an M3 chipset, and a refreshed design. These upgrades are likely to come with an increased price tag, which isn't clear at the moment. The new 12.9-inch iPad Air would make a more economical option, with an M2 chipset and a conventional display.

According to the codes discovered in iPadOS 17.5 beta, Apple is planning to expand the iPhone's Battery Health menu to the upcoming iPad models. This Battery Health menu on an iPad is expected to show the battery capacity and cycle count. Since the existing iPad models with iPadOS 17.5 beta do not have this feature, it's assumed the battery health menu is limited to the upcoming iPads. Right now, you can easily check battery health on any iPhone model, while the cycle count feature is limited to the iPhone 15 series.

As per credible reports, Apple will add a Capture Button across all iPhone 16 models. It will be a mechanical button that will allow users to access the camera app and control various functions like zooming in and out by swiping on it, starting a video recording with the hard press and more. And it will be the 8th way to access the Camera app on iPhones, which doesn't really sit well with me.

New reports have surfaced that suggest Apple will announce its new products this week via press releases. Apple has reportedly cancelled its electric car project after a decade-long, multi-billion-dollar effort to rival Tesla. The standalone apps offer a more simpler and modern experience that closely mirrors Mac interfaces.

Apple confirmed that "Vision Pro isn't compatible with Bluetooth mice". The mixed-reality headset is compatible with most Bluetooth keyboards made by Apple and third-party manufacturers, and also the Apple Magic Trackpad. Besides, Vision Pro is compatible with all the current models of AirPods and Beat headphones, all MFi controllers, and all MFi hearing devices.

Apple extends its deal with Qualcomm to continue using the company's 5G modem chips until March 2027. This news was confirmed by Qulacomm's CEO during the company's first earning call of 2024. Apple has been working hard to develop its in-house modem chip but it has seen several delays. The upcoming iPhone 16 Pro models will pack a brand-new Qualcomm X75 modem for 5G improvements.

However concerns arises as shipping times remained unchanged 48 hours later unlike popular iPhone models.
