Spotify Jam let's you listen to the same song with friends in real-time. To start a Jam session, you need a Spotify Premium account, while your friends can join with free accounts. The Pixel lineup sure has come a long way since its first resurrection in 2021 with the Pixel 6, steadily improving the lineup with every iteration with the Pixel 8 series being the best so far.
