Pecok flower is an ascension material in Wuthering Waves and can be found in the open world or shops. The resonators that require Pecok Flower to ascend are Encore, Rover, and Jiyan. You can buy Pecok Flowers from Shifang Pharmacy, and collect them around in Taoyuan Vale.

Yinlin is a 5-star Electro character who is a Sub-DPS and is one of the best partners for Calcharo. All of her Resonator ascension materials are Whisperin Cores, Group Abomination Tacet Core, and Coriolus. All of her Forte level-up materials are Whisperin Core, Helix, and Dreamless Feather.

Players must enter the correct password during Yinlin's story quest to access the real entrance of the safe house. The password is based on the number of sparkling violet flowers grouped in one location around the area. Speaking with Yinlin after starting the mission will also give you the password directly.

Calcharo is a 5-star Electro DPS character who uses a Broadblade. His kit is primarily focused on his Resonance Liberation damage. His best main echo is Thundering Memphis, followed by Tempest Memphis. The best team for Calcharo is Calcharo (main DPS), Yinlin (Sub DPS), and Verina (Support).

Wuthering Waves has a great roster of characters called Resonators, each having their own specialty. Although every character in the game is equipped to clear most of the challenges in the game, some characters are clearly better than others. Lampylumen is a boss Tacet Discord in Wuthering Waves, located near Tiger's Maw. To reach the Lampylumen boss, players need to enter the underground cavern through the engine room in Tiger's Maw. Best characters to fight the Lampylumen boss are Chixia, Yangyang, and Encore. 

Wuthering Waves Dailies unlock after finishing the Act 3 of the Huanglong I story quest. The Wuthering Waves Dailies reset at 1:30 AM IST, every day. Players will get 60 Astrites, one Random Echo and many other rewards for completing all the dailies.

The UE4 Fatal Error crash is an infamous problem in PC games, and the hotly anticipated Wuthering Waves has gotten itself face-to-face with this problem. However, updating the graphics driver and DirectX version to the latest ones have helped some of the people with the crash. Additionally, running the game launcher directly from the game install folder, and forcing DirectX 11 by running the game EXE through Steam and using launch options also helps minimizing the problem.

The Wuthering Waves codes are revealed through official social accounts during events or special occasions. Players can obtain Astrites and other in-game materials by redeeming Wuthering Waves codes. The codes can be redeemed from in-game settings. Players must be Union Level 2 or more to redeem codes.

Scar is a member of Fractsidus, one of the villainous groups in Wuthering Waves who consider the Lament a self regulating system of evolution. He believes that true evolutions can only be achieved by embracing Tacet Discords into themselves, engaging in a transformative struggle. Scar is currently not a playable character in Wuthering Waves, but he might become playable in the future.

Wuthering Waves pity system is much more lenient that other popular gacha games on the market. The soft pity starts building from 50 convenes and guarantees a 5-star drop at the 80th convene. Players are guaranteed to get the featured 5-star weapon on the hard pity, and guaranteed to pull the featured 5-star character if they missed on it in the earlier pity.

The main character in Wuthering Waves is called Rover. There are two playable Rovers, Male and Female, and players can choose either one at the start of the game. In the story, Rover has an unknown past and he/she is exploring the world to find answers about their past. Players can use any name as the Rover's name in Wuthering Waves. This name will also be the username of the account.

Wuthering Waves pre-download is currently available on Android and iOS devices. The pre-download on Epic Games Store has not released yet, and we expect it to release on 3:00 AM PT today. The pre-download size on Android is 7.75 GB, on iOS is 9.4 GB, and on PC is 18.75 GB approximately.

Wuthering Waves will feature 6 events on release, both ongoing and special. The events in version 1.0 will reward two 4-star resonators, Sanhua and Yuanwu. Other than the free 4-star resonators, the events will also reward Astrites, Lustrous Tides, Radiant Tides, and much more.

Wuthering Waves has controller support on PC, added in the game after the CBT2 ended. The game is currently releasing on PC and mobile (iOS and Android), with future plans of console release. However, there is no official confirmation for controller support on mobile.

Wuthering Waves version 1.0 will be in two phases, between May 22 to June 26. The first phase of the banner features the resonators Jiyan, Danjin, Chixia, Mortefi, and the weapons Verdant Summit, Dauntless Evernight, Augment, and Hollow Mirage. The second phase of the banner features Yinlin, Taoqi, Aalto, Yuanwu, and the weapons Stringmaster, Jinzhou Keeper, Cadenza, and Lunar Cutter.

Wuthering Waves is currently not available on PS5 or any other consoles. Kuro Games have revealed that they are actively developing Wuthering Waves for PS5 and they might soon announce a release date. The game is currently not in development for the other console devices and Kuro Games have no plans for them anytime soon.

The Wuthering Waves Echo system is similar to the Relic or Artifact system in Honkai Star Rail and Genshin Impact. Echoes can be captured by defeating enemies in the overworld or farming Echo domains. Echoes give a stat boost to the Resonators and also provide a unique Echo ability. Other than that, equipping two or five Echoes of the same element can unlock Echo set effects.

Wuthering Waves will be released on May 22, 2024, on Android, iOS, and PC. The game is available for pre-registration and will reward players for pre-registering. Players can try out the Echo Summon web event before the game releases to learn about the Echoes and get many rewards, including reserving one of the summoned Echoes.
