1. Star Wars Fate Of The Old Republic
The first new game announced at The Game Awards is Star Wars Fate of the Old Republic, set in the Old Republic era. The trailer reveals a female Jedi protagonist and gorgeous graphics. With Star Wars Old Republic considered the best in the franchise, we can have some high expectations from Fate.
2. Divinity
The secret behind the TGA Desert Statue has been revealed, and our guesses were correct: the game is Divinity, the biggest franchise from Larian Studios. The trailer showcased an extremely disturbing scene in classic Larian Studios style. Although the trailer did not reveal gameplay, it has made me excited nonetheless.
3. 4Loop
4Loop is a new four-player co-op shooter game from PlayStation Studios, where you can squad up with your friends to destroy robots. The game is set in an original Sci-Fi universe, so definitely keep an eye out for more information on it.
4. Resident Evil Requiem
After covering multiple Leon leaks appearing in Resident Evil Requiem in recent days, we finally have an official confirmation of his appearance at the TGA. What’s more? You can actually play as Leon in Resident Evil Requiem.
5. Control Resonant
Control Resonant is the sequel to Remedy’s cult classic, and it will feature Dylen Fade as the main protagonist, shifting the focus from her sister. The game will focus more on melee combat and tie it up with Control’s iconic telepathy mechanics.
6. Gang of Dragon
The next on the new announcements list is Gang of Dragon, a Yakuza game that won’t shy away from showing the grim side of the underworld. Expect a ton of violence, with melee and gun combat.
7. Tomb Raider Catalyst
Tomb Raider Catalyst is the new Tomb Raider game releasing in 2027. It is a brand new game that is said to be Lara’s biggest adventure yet. The trailer showcases Lara Croft in gorgeous graphics, navigating the cities and terrains of India.
8. Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis
Before Catalyst releases in 2027, we will have a reimagining of the first Tomb Raider game in 2026, named Legacy of Atlantis. The game will take players back to the franchise roots, allowing long-running fans to reexperience the game that began it all.
9. Forest 3
Forest 3 was one of the unexpected announcements in The Game Awards 2025. The trailer showcased a more sci-fi setting, with new traps, plasma weapons, and massive monsters previously unseen in the franchise.
10. No Law
No Law is a new game from Neon Giant, published by Krafton, and it is a first-person open-world shooter RPG. The game appears to be set in a cyberpunk setting, and the trailer shows a ton of action that you can be excited for on release.
11. Total War Warhammer 40,000
Total War’s new game will be set in the Warhammer 40k universe, and it looks amazing. Bring the lore and massive cast of factions and troops from Warhammer 40k and battle them as you like in Total War.
12. Star Wars Galactic Racer
Star Wars fans should be happy because we have another Star Wars game reveal at the TGA 2025. The Star Wars Galactic Racer is a racing game where you can drive around speederbikes and landspeeders.
13. Megaman Dual Override
We have another Megaman game revealed in the TGA awards, Megaman Dual Override and it looks amazing, like all games from this franchise. If you love platformers, I am sure you are excited to get your hands on it.
14. Highguard
Highguard is a PvP Hero Shooter in first-person view, and it looks vastly different from other shooters out there. The game comes with a mount system, features characters from different species, and is made by developers of Titanfall and Apex Legends.
