It’s official: Phantom Blade Zero development has concluded, and we have a pre-order date for next week.
Developer S-GAME has confirmed on X that Phantom Blade Zero pre-orders will go live on August 11, 2026, at 7 PM PT and August 12 at 10 AM Beijing Time. In addition, an 11-minute trailer will go live alongside the pre-orders.
Phantom Blade Zero pre-orders will open simultaneously on the PlayStation Store, Steam, and Epic Games Store at the times mentioned above.
As for the 11-minute trailer, it will feature new story content, characters, combat, and “something unexpected,” as per the official X post.

In the same X post, S-GAME attached a 35-second teaser for Phantom Blade Zero pre-orders, also available to watch on YouTube. They also confirmed that development on the game has concluded ahead of its October 29, 2026 release date.
S-GAME teased the pre-orders and full trailer during this year’s June State of Play. The developers also announced a separate State of Play presentation featuring gameplay and a Story Deep Dive coming late Summer 2026. If that is still on the cards or not, I guess we will find out with the pre-orders going live on August 11.
If you were worried about Phantom Blade Zero having digital-only pre-orders, you can put that to rest as PlayAsia has listed a physical listing on their website. However, S-GAME has yet to comment on the listing, but we’ll find out more on August 11 when the pre-orders go live.
S-GAME originally planned to release Phantom Blade Zero on September 9, 2026. However, on June 3, the studio delayed the game to October 29 to polish it, refine character models, and optimize performance on PS5 and PC.
Furthermore, the Wuxia-inspired action game is receiving a Fortnite collab this year, as revealed at Unreal Fest 2026. You can expect the crossover to arrive in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4, confirmed to be Gaming Legends-themed.
So, will you pre-order Phantom Blade Zero when it goes live on August 11? Tell us in the comments section below.
