Honkai Star Rail: Acheron Ascension and Trace Materials

Honkai Star Rail 2.1 is going live around March 23, and it will release three new characters, including Acheron, the Emanator of Nihility. Acheron is a 5-star Nihility DPS and she has some insane mechanics. If you are planning to pull her from the banners, which I am sure you are, then you will need her trace and ascension materials. Acheron Materials Farming Guide

Acheron’s Ascension and Trace materials can easily be pre-farmed as they have already been released with the Honkai Star Rail 2.0 version. If you are planning to pull for Acheron, here is how you can pre-farm Acheron’s ascension and trace materials.

A Startling Night Terror: Dream Material Group Location

Dream Collection can be attained by defeating enemies and clearing Calyx (Golden) in Penacony. These materials can also be obtained through assignments, which is the easiest and most hassle-free way to farm them over time. Or you can simply synthesize them from the other Assignment materials you have hoarded up over time.

Calyx (Crimson) Materials: Fiery Spirit, Starfire Essence, and Heaven Incinerator

The Fiery Spirit, Starfire Essence, and Heaven Incinerator can be obtained from the Bud of Nihility Calyx (Crimson) located in the Alchemy Commission of Xianzhou Luofu. This bud contains the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus: Internal Alchemist and Mara-Struck Wardens as enemies, so they are fairly easy to farm.

Stagnant of Shadow Material: Shape Shifter’s Lightning Staff

Shape Shifter’s Lightning Staff is used to ascend Lightning damage-type characters. It can be obtained by clearing the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Doom, located on Floor 1 of the Stargazer Navalia on Xianzhou Luofu. The main enemy is weak to Ice, Wind, and Imaginary, and is resistant to Lightning damage.

Echo of War Material: Past Evils of the Borehole Planet

You can obtain Past Evils of the Borehole Planet by clearing the Echo of War: Borehole Planet’s Old Crater. It is located in the F1 of the Seclusion Zone, on Herta Space Station. Echo of Wars is only farmable 3 times a week, so make sure to farm all 12 materials before clearing another Echo of War.

The enemy is weak to Ice, Imaginary, and Physical damage types. The enemy also spawns swarm enemies and it’s better to defeat the spawned enemies first, as they do explosion damage on defeat.
