Epic has dropped yet another teaser for Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4, this time confirming that the Fortnite Persona 5 crossover will feature a Joker skin. The teaser not only grants players their first look at the Joker skin, but also gives them a few hints about the upcoming map changes.
The teaser featured the Joker Fortnite skin in action, boasting a faithful design from Persona 5. Players can see the character in his unique masked look with a black and red color scheme, confirming that Epic is going all out for the Fortnite Persona 5 crossover. However, we do not get to see any additional cosmetics like pickaxes and back blings for Joker yet.
Apart from the Joker skin, the Fortnite Persona 5 crossover teaser also features a brand-new POI that Joker can be seen running around in. The POI seems to be futuristic in nature, featuring a design that looks like it’s inspired by The Last Reality. Since the POI does not boast any similarities with a location on the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 map, it is fair to assume that it will be a brand-new location in Chapter 7 Season 4.
While the teaser does not include any hints towards gameplay mechanics, the Persona 5 crossover could also bring its own ‘Lobby Hack’ titled ‘TakeYourHeart’ to Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4. This will reportedly be a new mechanic in the upcoming season, allowing players to modify their gameplay by utilising certain words, much like how cheat codes work in other games.
Players will be able to get Joker as part of the upcoming season’s Fortnite Battle Pass, alongside other gaming icons like Sonic the Hedgehog and maybe even a Tetris skin.
