Fortnite constantly changes the style of the battle royale combat and Chapter 5 Season 2 is no exception. In the new Fortnite season, the game saw numerous changes in POI, NPCs, and weapons. With new attachments added to the game, Fortnite has now changed the weapon mod workbench to Weapon Bunkers. However, you do need their location to actually use them. Weapon Bunker Locations in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2

Before you find a bunker in Fortnite, remember there are only 9 of them in the game. This will make these bunkers a hot topic among other players, so be prepared for a big brawl. • Slightly southwest of Grim Gate
• Slightly southwest of The Underworld
• South of Pleasant Piazza
• East of Lavish Lair
• West of Lavish Lair
• South of Fencing Fields
• South of Classy Courts
• North of Mount Olympus
• Northwest of Mount Olympus

These bunker locations are mostly in an open field or on a ridge. So, ensure you are not too early to them, as DMR or Sniper Rifle players can and will ambush you from a distance.

How to Open Weapon Bunkers in Fortnite

If you go to a Weapon Bunker early in the game, you will notice it is closed. That is because the Weapon Bunkers in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 open after the third storm circle closes. As such, hold off on approaching them too early and time your entry.

Once the third circle closes, you will notice a marker on your map (check the image above). This will indicate that Weapon Bunkers are now available to enter. Some of the bunkers may not be available, so it is important to check the map after the end of the third circle.

Keep some gold bars handy, as the mods inside will be costly. Apart from weapon mods, you will also find high-tier loot caches and epic chests inside these bunkers. This can get you high-level weapons and other utilities, including the Olympian Powers.
