Tinder has announced a new Double Date feature on the app, which is rolling out in the US. It lets you invite three of your friends and browse for another pair of friends to find a match. The feature was in testing in parts of Latin America and Europe, and will roll out globally sometime in July.
Tinder is testing out a new Height filter globally. The feature lets you set a custom height preference, which will affect your recommendations on the app. It is exclusively available for Tinder Gold and Premium subscribers and targeted towards their female audience.
Tinder's new feature, Share My Date, allows users to share their date plans and the other person's profile for safety. Users can share details like date location, time, and the other person's name, age, and photos via a link. The link can be opened even if the recipient does not have the Tinder app installed however, it will only allow them to view limited information about the person you are going out with.
