5 Deadpool 3 Trailer Easter Eggs You Might Have Missed

After a long long wait, the official teaser trailer for Deadpool 3 is finally here. I don’t know about you but the teaser video blew my mind away. I’ve said it once, and I will say it again, Ryan Reynolds was born to play Deadpool. However, amidst the awesomeness of the first-ever Deadpool and Wolverine teaser, you might have missed certain awesome-er easter eggs. So, let’s check out five cool Deadpool 3 teaser easter eggs you might have looked past accidentally.

1. Yggdrasil

Now if you and I have the same viewpoint on things, you would agree with the fact that the the last good thing to come out from Marvel Studios recently was Loki Season 2. If you’ve watched the 2nd season, you would know that by the end of it, Loki pulled together all the branches of time to form the Yggdrasil, or a tree of time basically.

In this shot of the Deadpool 3 teaser, we see a new logo for TVA, which looks fairly similar to the scene where Loki pulls together the branches of time while sitting on the golden throne. The only difference we can spot is that the throne is replaced by the logo of the TVA.

This is indeed an interesting Loki easter egg in the first Deadpool 3 teaser trailer, and who knows, we might end up seeing a glimpse of Loki in the movie.

2. Fox Logo

Is Deadpool really Deadpool without breaking the fourth wall? In this shot of the Deadpool and Wolverine trailer, we get to see a glimpse of a collapsed 20th Century Fox Studios logo right behind Deadpool.

This easter egg could point toward a plethora of things, but as of now, the only purpose this logo seems to be serving is that of a fourth-wall-breaking paradigm in Deadpool and Wolverine.

3. Professor X

This one had me rather confused, to be honest. If you look at the teaser, this shot is there for barely a second, and it looks like Professor X. However, another theory states that this is Cassandra Nova, who is speculated to be the main villain of Deadpool 3.

Now, only time will tell who this Deadpool 3 trailer easter egg is pointing toward. Maybe we get to see something more substantial in the first full-length trailer of Deadpool 3, so let’s wait and watch what happens.

4. Pyro

If you have seen the OG X-Men movies, I think you might have an idea who this guy is. If you have not, let me tell you that this is Pyro, the dude who can control fire and was a part of the X-Men. However, he later joined forces with Magneto betraying the X-Men.

Here, it seems that we will get to see him as one of the villains in Deadpool 3. We also get to see him donning a suit, which seems to be inspired by the comics.

5. Secret Wars

Lastly, in the final moments of the trailer, if you look closely, you can see a comic book lying on the ground. Look more closely, and you can see that it is a Secret Wars comic book! This easter egg in the Deadpool 3 teaser trailer can point toward Deadpool and Wolverine being a part of the upcoming Avengers movie, i.e. Secret Wars.

However, I won’t get my hopes too high about this as of now but considering the state Marvel is in right now, that would be a smart move to play.
