As Call of Duty Mobile Season 7 marches on with its Terminator collaboration, Activision has already teased what’s next. The publisher has officially announced a crossover between Call of Duty Mobile and HoYoverse’s Honkai Impact 3rd.
The reveal was announced on Call of Duty: Mobile’s official X page via a video teaser on August 7, 2026. The COD Mobile x Honkai Impact 3rd crossover is confirmed to hit the game in September this year.
While Activision has yet to share more details regarding the crossover, the collab is confirmed to bring operator skins, Honkai-themed cosmetics, and exclusive content.
More info around the crossover came from Bilibili, where the official Chinese Call of Duty: Mobile page offers a closer look at the collaboration. The page features the tagline “Collapse is imminent, crisis is upon us, all despair has subsided, who will bring the dawn?”
The featured artwork on the official Bilibili page appears to showcase the iconic Herrscher trio from Honkai Impact 3rd. Rin Yoshida is shown with the Herrscher of Thunder skin, while Siren and Kestrel appear with the Herrscher of Flamescion and Herrscher of Reason skins, respectively.
This means that we can see Rin Yoshida in a Raiden Mei cosmetic from HI3, Siren as Kiana, and Kestrel as Bronya in the CoDM. In previous anime crossovers, Call of Duty Mobile has followed a lucky draw approach for each operator. This could most likely be the case in the upcoming collab as well, so players should prepare their wallets.
Marisa Honkai, one of the most prominent figures in the Honkai Impact 3rd community, comments on the collab, saying, “The collab characters are from the Herrscher trio from the good times. Whoever the CoDM director is, he is probably an OG HI3 fan.”
The announcement has already attracted plenty of attention from the CoDM and HI3 community. The teaser video on Bilibili has crossed 150,000 views within a short period, reflecting the excitement surrounding Call of Duty Mobile and HI3 collab.
