Add Important System Preference Panes to Mac Dock

Each setting page inside the System Preference on macOS is called a preference pane. These preference panes are controlled by files hidden inside the Library folder. We will make use of these files to launch the preferences panel. Here are the steps:

1. Activate Finder and then open the “Go to Folder” Menu (CMD+Shift+G).

Open the Go Menu

2. In the text field, paste the following code and click on “Go”.

/System/Library/PreferencePanes

Paste the file path

3. This will open the Finder window with the preference panes folder in the Library. You will see the list of all preferences here.
