Fortnite Minecraft Crossover Teased on Discord, Coming to Chapter 7 Season 4

Epic Games might have just teased the long-awaited Fortnite Minecraft crossover, suggesting that the collab could arrive in Chapter 7 Season 4. The information comes from the new Discord Bot that Epic has implemented for the buildup for Chapter 7 Season 4.

The developers have made it so that players can feed the official Fortnite Discord bot certain words and phrases to execute a ‘Lobby Hack’ command. While other phrases have already confirmed collaborations like Sonic and Persona 5, a specific command that reads ‘SurviveTheNight’ has caught players’ eyes.

At first, many players assumed this code was referencing a Fortnite x Five Nights at Freddy’s collab. However, given how ‘Survive the Night’ is the first thing you read in the Minecraft X account bio, it’s clear that the teaser is for a Fortnite x Minecraft crossover instead. However, this isn’t confirmed so take it with a grain of salt.

It is interesting to think about what a Minecraft crossover could bring to Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4. Obviously, if the collab does materialise, players will see the iconic Steve as a Fortnite skin in the upcoming Battle Pass. Apart from Steve, players are likely to see items like the Diamond Pickaxe being turned into a Fortnite harvesting tool. If Epic goes all out for the collaboration, players might even see mobs from Minecraft being turned into Fortnite Sidekicks.
