1. Redgear Blaze 3

Starting off at the bottom end of the spectrum with the Redgear Blaze 3, a cheap membrane keyboard which offers quite a few features at a very affordable price. The Redgear Blaze 3 features a floating key design, which gives it the appearance of a mechanical keyboard and has a 3 color backlight, which is a fairly handy addition in such a cheap keyboard. The keyboard has an aluminum chassis with beveled edged, which give it a premium feel, and gives it enough weight so that it doesn’t slide around your desk while you’re gaming.

For gamers, the keyboard offers 19-key anti-ghosting, which means that you won’t have any issues with accidental keypresses while playing games. The keyboard also has a handy Windows key lock feature which means you can game uninterrupted, without worrying about accidentally pressing the Windows key. The keys are rated for 10 million keystrokes which means that it’ll last you a while, even if you’re a heavy user. 2. Gamdias ARES 7

The Gamdias ARES 7 is another great budget membrane keyboard with a fair few additional features over the Redgear Blaze 3 that definitely justify its price. Unlike the Redgear Blaze 3, the Gamdias ARES 7 follows a more traditional membrane keyboard design, along with 7 color spectrum backlighting. The keyboard has a 4 layer construction with a spill resistant design that allows for liquids to easily drain out in case of an accidental spill.

The Gamdias ARES 7 is pretty great for gaming (at its price) as it offers 23-key rollover and a Windows key lock feature for uninterrupted gaming. The keyboard also has three programmable macro keys which can be customized on-the-fly and can come in handy in a number of games. On top of that, the Gamdias ARES 7 comes with the company’s OUREA optical gaming mouse with a 4000 DPI precision optical sensor, an LED backlight, and a weight tuning system, a feature which is often reserved for premium gaming mice.

In case you’re not a fan of membrane keyboard and are looking for a budget mechanical keyboard then you can go for the Cosmic Byte Black Eye mechanical gaming keyboard which features Jixian Blue switches. The keyboard features a water resistant design and has a premium look in feel, thanks in part to the braided cable with a gold-plated USB connection. The Cosmic Byte Black Eye also features RGB backlighting with 13 customizable modes, 3 levels of brightness adjustment and 4 levels of backlight speed adjustment.

At its price, the Cosmic Byte Black Eye is the best mechanical keyboard you can get your hands on. The Jixian Blue switches found on the keyboard are a close replica of the Cherry MX Blue switches and offer a very similar feel. The keyboard also features anti-ghosting and n-key rollover, which means you won’t face any issues while playing games that require you to press more than three keys at once. Best Gaming Keyboards Under 7500 INR

1. Razer Cynosa Chroma

Probably the cheapest keyboard from gaming peripheral major Razer – the Razer Cynosa Chroma – is a membrane keyboard with a very tactile mechanical keyboard like feel to it. Unlike the budget keyboards on this list, the Cynosa Chroma features individually backlit keys which can be customized with up to 16.8 million colors using Razer’s Synapse software. The keys can also be reprogrammed to perform specific function in game using the same software, which is also an added bonus.

2. Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro L

If you’re looking for a gaming keyboard, but don’t want to deal with all the flashy lights and gamer-y design aesthetics then the Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro L might just be the keyboard you’ve been looking for. The keyboard has a very clean and minimal design, with a bright white backlight which gives it a very sophisticated look. While it doesn’t feature RGB lighting, the MasterKeys Pro L does include a few lighting modes and even has brightness control so that you don’t get blinded while using the keyboard in a dark room.

gaming keyboards

The Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro L makes use of authentic Cherry MX Red key switches which offer a very tactile and clicky typing experience. 3. HyperX Alloy FPS Pro

The Hyper X Alloy FPS Pro is another great mechanical keyboard which features authentic Cherry MX Red key switches in a tenkeyless (TKL) design which makes it fairly compact and portable. Much like the Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro L, the HyperX Alloy FPS Pro has a clean and fairly minimal design, except for the backlight which is a dull red in this case. While the LED color on the keyboard cannot be changed, you can choose from a few preconfigured dynamic lighting effects that look pretty neat.

gaming keyboards

The build quality is top notch as the keyboard has a solid steel frame which gives it a bit of heft and eliminates deck flex. The HyperX Allo FPS Pro also features 100 percent anti-ghosting and full n-key rollover, which is kind of expected at this price point. Another great feature about the HyperX Alloy FPS Pro is that it comes with a detachable braided cable that can be easily replaced in case it malfunctions. While I personally prefer the TKL layout, in case you’re looking for a full-sized keyboard then the HyperX Alloy FPS Pro might not be the best option for you.
