The Boys Season 4 is currently up and running and while it is one of the most watched shows in the world right now, it does come up with slightly disturbing things. The series is currently six episodes down and there has been a development which may be the darkest thing Homelander has ever come up with. He has a pretty psychopathic plan.
Homelander Seems to Be Building an Army
It was revealed to us that Homelander is done being a celebrity and gathers all the supes including Sam and Cate Dunlap from Gen V. Homelander tells them that they will no more be loved and adored celebrities but will act as “wrathful Gods”. In The Boys Season 4 Episode 6, we see A-Train letting Mother’s Milk know Homelander’s intentions of building an army of supes. Now you might wonder, “Why does Homelander want to do that ?” you’re about to find out.
Tek Knight’s Diabolical Plan of Internment Camps
In Season 4 Episode 6 of The Boys, when Annie, Kimiko, and Hughie capture Tek Knight and make him spill out what kind of deal Tek Knight made with Homelander, he tells them that The Seven wants to use his private prisons as “Internment Camps”. Now if you don’t know what internment camps are, it is another name for concentration camps which already are a dark spot in the history of the world.
According to me, Homelander is planning on building these camps to captivate people who do not comply with him and Supes who do not want to be a part of his plan. Now the question is how will he be able to do such a thing. Well, the answer to that is Victoria Neuman and the 25th Amendment Act.
Why Did Homelander Refer to the 25th Amendment in The Boys
Now, if you are wondering how will Homelander be able to turn himself into an all-powerful dictator, the answer lies with Victoria Neuman. In The Boys Season 4 Episode 6, we see that Homelander talks about invoking the 25th Amendment Act to the officials at Tek Knight’s party.
According to the constitution of the United States, the 25th Amendment allows the Vice President with a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or such other body as Congress may by law issue a written declaration that the President is unable to discharge his duties.
We know that Victoria Neuman is the Vice President-elect who will become the Vice President when Robert Singer wins. Homelander plans to use this amendment act to overthrow Singer and put Victoria Neuman in his place and now that a Supe will be in absolute power, Homelander will be able to do anything he wants.
Now, we can’t say for sure if this is going to happen in The Boys Season 4 itself or if will it be carried forward to Season 5. Let’s wait and see if this sick plan of Homelander comes into action or will Butcher and The Boys will be able to stop him.
