WhatsApp has been developing cross-platform communication for quite some time now. However, now, a new report from Wired has shed some important light on the mechanism. As per the report, we get to know that interoperable chats on WhatsApp will be an opt-in feature. In addition, we also get to know of that WhatsApp will allow different platforms to use different encryption standards if they meet the platform's security standards.
