- Watch an eligible Minecraft stream from a Twitch Partner or Affiliate for at least 15 minutes for the Corrupted Creeper Cape.
- Alternatively, players can watch a game-reward-enabled TikTok stream in the Minecraft category for at least 3 minutes.
- Complete the task between September 21 and 26, 2026, to get the Cape code and earn the reward when Minecraft Dungeons 2 launches.
The Corrupted Creeper Cape is making a last-minute comeback just before Minecraft Dungeons 2 launches. This time, it means spending a little time watching your favorite Minecraft content instead of hunting down a physical event or an earlier giveaway page.
Mojang has announced a new watch-time promotion running from September 21 through September 26, 2026, to get this cosmetic. While one route is through Twitch streams, the other method is watching TikTok streams specifically for Minecraft.
The Corrupted Creeper Cape originally appeared through an in-person Xbox Gamescom promotion, followed by an online giveaway that offered a large batch of codes. While the latter Gleam campaign ended abruptly, Mojang quickly returned to its former Cape giveaway strategy of watching streams on the two designated platforms.
