The anticipation among fans is sky high as The Boys reaches its conclusion with the upcoming season, and for this reason, details are being kept under tight wraps by Amazon Prime. Even though information regarding the upcoming season is scarce, it goes unsaid that this time around, there are going to be some deaths coming our way, which may or may not sit right with us. So, we have prepared a The Boys Season 5 deaths predictor. Let’s take a look at the 5 deaths we can witness in The Boys Season 5.

The Deep

If there’s one character in The Boys that fans have been wishing death on, it has to be The Deep. His judgment is long overdue for the things he has done for Homelander in The Boys, and of his own will. Somehow, The Deep always manages to survive in each season, but I am most certain that fans wish this time around, he better not find an escape.

In The Boys comics, The Deep abandoned his duties as Vought, deciding not to be a part of Homelander’s regime over America. He goes underground till things settle down and only returns when things settle down. However, it’s unlikely that the show will follow the same plotline. There’s a much better chance that in The Boys Season 5, he will be killed by Starlight for what he did to her in Season 1.

Frenchie

As much as I hate to say it, there’s a possibility that Frenchie could be among the deaths we will see in The Boys Season 5. He has been an integral part of the team and has helped take down multiple bad guys. We have also witnessed some interesting subplots revolving around him taking place in the series, but there is a chance that he will meet the same fate as his comic book version, The Frenchman.

In the comics, Butcher went berserk on his own team so that he could execute the plan of killing everyone with V in their system without any obstructions. Frenchie and Kimiko both become victims of explosives set by Butcher in The Boys #69. Although the possibility remains strong, I hope this prediction proves to be incorrect.

Mother’s Milk

Mother’s Milk initially joined the team to get revenge on Soldier Boy for killing his grandfather, which also got his father killed, who was trying to seek justice. His involvement with the team cost him greatly since he lost his wife and daughter in a divorce.

However, Mother’s Milk stuck to the mission even beyond Soldier Boy and even became the leader of The Boys. Since his first appearance, he has been a fan favourite character, but there’s a massive chance of him meeting a comic-accurate fate, where he was killed with a grenade in the mouth by none other than Butcher.

Homelander

This is a death we all know is coming in the series finale, but now, all that’s left to see is how it happens. The story has reached the point where Homelander was killed in the comic books, and based on the promotional material, it appears that it would go down quite like how it did in the comics.

However, in The Boys Comics, a massive amount of damage to Homelander was done by Black Noir, who turned out to be a clone of Homelander, and then Butcher finished the job with his iconic crowbar. Now, since the Black Noir 2 we have in the show is clearly not a clone, we might get to see it happen differently, so let’s wait and see what goes down.

Butcher

When we talk about Butcher, the fanbase is somewhat divided on his fate, but considering the arc he has set himself on in the previous season, there is a good chance a lot of us might end up wishing for his death in Season 5.

In the comics, desperation turned Butcher into a deranged, murderous villain who was hell-bent on carrying out a global purge of every single human with V in their system. However, he faced resistance from his team and went to the lengths of killing Mother’s Milk, Frenchie, and Kimiko.

In the final moments, Butcher was killed with a knife to the heart by none other than Hughie before he could trigger the device meant to kill all supes. With the way things are headed, we might see him meet the same fate, but now that Butcher has powers in The Boys TV show, it could happen in a rather different way than a knife to the heart.
