- I highly suggest you tick the Save Login Info on your device box.
Why Are You Unable to Reset Snapchat Password?
As we have shown above, resetting your Snapchat password is a fairly easy process. However, if you are unable to go through with the process, then there could be a few reasons for it:
- Incorrect username, email, or phone number: You won’t be able to reset your Snapchat password if you are using an incorrect username, email address, or phone number. Make sure to check the details properly, and then try again.
- Don’t have access to phone or email: If you don’t have access to both your phone number and email address, then it will be difficult to reset password and sign into your account again.
- Technical issues with Snapchat’s servers: Occasionally, there may be temporary outages or errors on Snapchat’s end. You should wait for some time and try again later.
- Snapchat Account locked: Snapchat might have temporarily locked your account if it detects unusual activity. You should read our guide on the same to unlock your Snapchat account.
So that wraps up this guide. Snapchat has already made it clear that you cannot reset the password if you forgot your registered email or don’t actively use the registered phone number handy. If you’re out of both, then you have a very slim chance of recovering your Snapchat account again. But there are ways for that, too.
