With every new Fortnite season, Epic makes some crucial changes to the Battle Royale island, and Chapter 7 Season 4 is unlike any other. This time around, the entire Fortnite map has gotten a video game makeover, thanks to a plethora of gaming collabs coming to Override. So before you jump out of the Battle Bus, check out all the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 map changes to mark your drop spot.
All New POIs in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Map
Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 brings an array of changes to the Chapter 7 Battle Royale island. To begin with, three new locations are added to the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 map, as well as several POIs and landmarks that have gotten a makeover.

Reality’s Reign POI
The coolest of Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 map changes takes shape in the form of Reality’s Reign POI. Unlike traditional POIs, Reality’s Reign draws inspiration from a gaming PC. We can see pipes that reference water cooling, and GPUs serving as towers, which also have fans built into them. The new Reality’s Reign POI replaces the Frosted Flats POI on the Fortnite Chapter 7 map.
Green Hill Zone POI
As part of the Fortnite Sonic collab, a new POI called Green Hill Zone has been added to the map in Chapter 7 Season 4. The region features a distinct Sonic-inspired design, complete with steep slopes and a massive vertical loop at its center. As a result, players will be able to run up the loop and collect Rings along the way to gain 5 shields per ring. Green Hill Zone POI replaces the Calamari Canyon on the Chapter 7 Fortnite map.
Stone Sanctum POI
Another major map change seen in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 is the newly anointed Stone Sanctum POI. The POI contains a Temple vault that players can open for some rare weapons from the Fortnite loot pool this season. The Stone Sanctum POI replaces Sinister Strip on the Chapter 7 Fortnite map.
Spire Landmark
The Spire looks like something straight out of Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Wires connect the structure to the island, while electricity pulses through it and appears to affect the sky above. More importantly, the Spire plays a key role in Geno’s plan in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4. It also replaced the Zero Point landmark on the map, which was last seen during the Fortnite Unstable Story Moment Live Event.
Pac-Man Island Landmarks
Finally, the Pac-Man Island landmarks bring one of the cutest map changes to Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4. Two of those are in the shape of the Ghosts featured in Pac-Man, while one is shaped like Pac-Man himself. One of the Ghost landmarks is located south of Heatwave Harbor, while another one is located west of Cluster Coast.
However, if you’re finding Pac-Man island landmark, you’ll find it right in the middle of Lifty Lodge and Latte Landing on the Fortnite island. These islands will continue to serve as a reminder of the Fortnite Pac-Man collab if nothing else.
Every Returning POI in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Map
While the Fortnite island has undergone a few changes in Chapter 7 Season 4, the bulk of it remains the same. In fact, most of the POIs from Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 are left untouched, except for Sunken Shores, which is littered with Tetris blocks.

Every Removed POI from Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 Map
As part of the changes implemented in the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 map, three POIs are removed from Battle Royale. One of them hosted the Lighthouse in Fortnite, which was associated with the infinite Rare/Relic Chest exploit not too long ago. That said, here is the list of every Fortnite location removed from Chapter 7 Season 4:
- Calamari Canyon – replaced with Green Hills Zone POI
- Frosted Flats – replaced with Reality’s Reign POI
- Sinister Strip – replaced with Stone Sanctum POI
