Geno has employed bosses in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 to do his bidding, and their locations have been revealed for everyone to challenge during Fortnitemares 2026. They are infused with dark energies, which make them a tad difficult to face in combat, but are worth challenging for rewards. That said, here are all Fortnite boss locations in Chapter 7 Season 4 and how to defeat them all in Fortnitemares 2026.
Every Fortnitemares Boss Location and Where to Find Them
At the time of writing, there are seven bosses whose locations have been revealed on the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 map. They can be challenged and defeated for rewards during Fortnitemares 2026. They are:
- Freddy and Foxy: Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza Landmark
- Chica and Bonnie: Random spawn locations in every match; possible locations include: Lifty Lodge, Chopped Shop, Golden Grove POIs
- Freddy Krueger: Nightmare Neighbourhood POI
- Adam Smasher: Geno’s Machine Landmark and/or Sunken Shores POI
- Imagined Order Hush: Reality’s Reign and Heatwave Harbor POIs
- Mecha Ghosts: Blinky Island, Pinky Island, and Pac-Man Island Landmarks
Not all of them have fixed spawn areas, which means you need to explore the map to find them during a Battle Royale or Zero Build match. Here are all the possible boss locations in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 marked on a handy mini-map.

Keep in mind that while some Fortnitemares 2026 boss spawn area locations in Chapter 7 Season 4 are fixed, they do move about a bit. That said, let’s talk about each boss, how to defeat them, and what rewards they’ll drop once defeated.
How to Defeat FNAF Bosses in Fortnite: Freddy, Foxy, Chica, and Bonnie

As part of the Fortnite FNAF collab, Freddy and Foxy were added to the island and can be found within Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza Landmark. This is a short distance away from the newly added Nightmare Neighbour POI. They have a decent health pool, but are easy to eliminate as long as you maintain a distance. Without any ranged attacks, you only need to worry about them getting close to attack you.
Chica and Bonnie also only have a melee attack, but unlike the previously mentioned FNAF bosses, they don’t have a fixed spawn location, which makes them hard to find. Should you find them, maintain a distance while engaging, and you should be fine. When defeated, they drop the following items from the Fortnite loot pool:
- Mythic High Stakes’ Shotgun
- Chug Jug
- Random Sprite (likely Fortnite Vampire Sprite)
- Possess Animotronic Shell
Once you defeat any of the FNAF bosses in Fortnitemares, you can possess them and become a boss yourself. This is the next best thing to owning one of the FNAF skins in Fortnite.
How to Defeat Freddy Krueger Boss in Fortnite

As part of Fortnitemares 2026, Freddy Krueger has been added as a boss on the island. Staying true to his nature, he truly is a “Nightmare on Elm Street.” Fighting him requires some quick mobility and clever thinking, as he tries to get into your head even before the fight starts. You can find him at the Nightmare Neighbourhood POI, disguised as a regular NPC.
Much like the FNAF Bosses in Fortnite, Freddy Krueger relies on melee attacks. We recommend that you keep your distance, and everything should be fine. If you do plan on using an item such as the Kingdom Key, try pairing it with the Deer Fortnite Sprite to inflict maximum melee damage. Just keep your eyes peeled as he tends to move about a lot and can flank you if you’re not careful. Defeating him grants you the following items:
- Freddy’s Nightmare
- Slap Candy Corn
- Random Sprite
- 1-Up Token Power-Up
We highly recommend that you don’tengagee Freddy Krueger without first gearing up. He has a lot of health, and as such, a lot of ammo is required to defeat him. Also, keep an eye out for other players in the area, as the POI is a hot-drop location in every match.
How to Defeat Adam Smasher Boss in Fortnite
Adam Smasher is one of the strongest bosses in Chapter 7 Season 4 and was added as part of the ongoing Fortnite Cyberpunk Edgerunners collab. He can be found at Geno’s Machine Landmark and/or Sunken Shores POI. There’s hardly any cover in the areas; hence, we recommend trying to engage from afar. Don’t engage using weapons like the Kingdom Key in Fortnite.
He has three attacks, and while all of them are dangerous, one of them is rather extreme. As you engage the Adam Smasher boss in Fortnite, he uses his guns to lay down fire. This is easy to dodge. His next attack is where things get a bit crazy. He uses rockets that lock on to you, making it necessary to take cover, or you can attempt to dodge them.
Lastly, he can leap, allowing him to cover large distances easily and do a slam attack that has an area effect. This makes Adam Smasher boss in Fortnite one of the most versatile and dangerous of the lot. When defeated, this legend of Night City drops the following items from the Fortnite loot pool:
- Rebecca’s Gun (Mythic)
- Gold Bars
- Pond Sprite
- Chug Jug
- Ammo
The main reason to defeat the Adam Smasher boss is to get Rebecca’s Gun in Fortnite. This weapon combines the firepower of an SMG and AR, making it unstoppable at mid-range. He also drops the Pond Sprite, which was recently added in the Fortnite 42.20 update.
How to Defeat Imagined Order Hush Boss in Fortnite
Imagined Order Hush is one of the weaker Fortnite bosses in Chapter 7 Season 4, and while her location is easy to find, they are often hot-drop POIs, and as such, you need to be careful. You’ll find her at either Reality’s Reign or Heatwave Harbor.
As you engage her in combat, she activates a boost. This allows her to move faster and deal quite a bit of damage. Also watch out for Tetris Rift items she throws to protect herself. However, with her health pool being rather small, you won’t have trouble eliminating her. When defeated, she drops the following items from the Fortnite loot pool:
- 1-Up Token Power-Up
- Enhanced Assault Rifle
- Gold Adventure Sprite
- Gold Bars
- Ammo
We recommend keeping a pair of Fortnite Sonic Power Sneakers in your inventory, just in case you need to retreat or rotate if things get too difficult. Also, if you get a Gold Sprite, we highly recommend that you extract it as soon as possible.
How to Defeat Imagined Mecha Ghosts in Fortnite

Mecha Ghosts were added as part of the Fortnite Pac-Man collab. Unlike other Fortnite bosses, they don’t put up much of a fight or actually retaliate in the true sense. For the most part, they merely exist, and you can easily defeat them. When defeated, they drop variants of the Blinky Sprite in Fortnite.
Can You Defeat Geno Boss in Fortnite?

No, you cannot defeat Geno (just yet) as he’s central to the storyline. You can shoot him, but he zaps you, resulting in an instant elimination. Best to avoid him for the time being and focus on other Fortnitemares bosses. You can, however, undertake some Geno Fortnite Quests to learn about his past and what he has planned for the island.
That’s all you need to know about the locations of all bosses in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4. We will update the list if and when Epic Games adds more bosses to the island. Until then, go and try your luck against Geno’s lackeys.
