Fortnite Treasure Hunters Mini Season has introduced several new NPCs to the island, with one being carried over from Chapter 7 Override. Each of them has a story to tell and offers some service. That said, here’s where to find all NPCs in Fortnite Treasure Hunters Mini Season and what to expect from them.

All Fortnite Treasure Hunters Mini Season NPC Locations and Services

There are a total of 8 NPCs in Fortnite Treasure Hunters Mini Season, with most of them being centered in and around POIs. You have to eventually visit all of them, be it to complete quests or merely to explore the entirety of the Fortnite Treasure Hunters map.

Unlike the bosses in Fortnite Treasure Hunters, you can approach these NPCs without the fear of being attacked. They are friendly and do not attack unless provoked. That said, here is where to find all Fortnite Treasure Hunters NPCs and what they provide in terms of services:

How to Hire an NPC in Fortnite

You can hire one NPC per player, for a total of three when playing in a squad. With the Fortnite Pirate Shop benefiting the entire team, playing together now makes more sense. That said, follow these steps to hire an NPC in Fortnite Treasure Hunters Mini Season:

• Check the map to see where the NPC is located and go to the general area.
• Once you are near an NPC that can be hired, look for the hire marker on top of the NPC’s head to confirm it’s a hireable NPC.
• Approach and talk to the Fortnite NPC using the interact button (E on the keyboard, Square on PlayStation, X on Xbox).
• Click on “Hire NPC” and confirm the service.

Once you hire the NPC, they follow you around wherever you go. Keep in mind that they can get eliminated, so try to protect them the best you can. They are rather nifty during a Battle Royale match, especially if you’re trying to complete One Piece Quests in Fortnite.
