Fortnite 41.30 update early patch notes are out, and there’s a lot to go over. This will be the third major update for the ongoing Chapter 7 Season 3.

With the new Fortnite 41.30 update, we will be getting a lot of new content, including brand new Sprites, a Simpsons-themed Reload map, and much more. That said, here are the Fortnite 41.30 update early patch notes to help you prepare for release later this week.

Fortnite 41.30 Update Downtime Details

The Fortnite 41.30 update will be released on July 30, 2026, at 6 AM ET, after a scheduled downtime. The servers will be down for around 2 hours and will be back up at around 6 AM ET.

Fortnite 41.30 Update Early Patch Notes

Fortnite Festival Season 15 ICON – Lil Tecca

One of the major highlights of the Fortnite 41.30 update is the crossover with Lil Tecca. His rise to fame has been nothing short of meteoric, and he’ll soon become part of the Metaverse. The collab will feature new Jam Tracks, cosmetics, and, of course, a brand new Main Stage.

New Sprites + Mystery Power Hour

Based on early patch notes information revealed for the Fortnite 41.30 update, we can confirm that we will get three new Sprites on July 30.

Two of them will have variants, while the other will probably dethrone the Pollo Sprite to become the rarest Sprite in Fortnite. Here’s the list of upcoming Sprites that have been confirmed and their possible abilities:

  • Quack Zero Point Sprite: Aside from the base effect of triggering a Shield Bubble when using a healing item, it could boost players when standing in water.
  • Peely Sprite: Could increase the revive speed of a downed player by 10%.
  • Llama Sprite: Could give players a 1% to 2% chance to get extra material/ loot while breaking structures with their Pickaxe.

Additionally, we know of other Sprites such as John Wick, Spider-Man, and Midas that will likely be added in the Fortnite 41.30 update. But we can’t say for certain if they will arrive with this update.

We could also see some Sprites from the Design A Sprite Fortnite contest be featured in-game, but Epic Games has yet to share details.

We will also see a Power Hour on August 1, 2026, but the developers have decided not to reveal the details. We could see boosted stats, which could help with Sprite Mastery, but other than that, we know nothing.

Simpsons Springfield Map Reloaded

The Simpsons Springfield map is coming back to Fortnite, and this time, it’s going to be part of Reload mode. The map is called Springfield Reloaded and will go live soon after the downtime ends. However, things won’t be the same, as Epic Games could be introducing some radical changes.

If the leaks are true, we are going to see mentions of Re-Openable Chests introduced in Reload in the Fortnite 41.30 update patch notes. Players will be able to reopen them after a brief duration – sounds like bins reset in Apex Legends after each zone closes. This won’t be like the Infinite Rare Chest glitch associated with the Lighthouse.

There is also talk of the John Wick Sprite being exclusive to Reload. We can’t verify these details in the Fortnite 41.30 update early patch notes, but there are leaks online.

There is talk of a Midas Sprite in development as well. Given that we are getting a Peely and Llama Sprite soon, we can’t discredit other things.

So, we’ll update this segment with more information on July 29, 2026. Epic Games is scheduled to reveal more details about Springfield Reloaded. We could see new skins as part of the collaboration, but there’s nothing to show for at the moment.

Spider-Man Brand New Day Collab + Sprite

As part of the Fortnite 41.30 update early patch notes, we can say with absolute certainty that we will be getting a major Spider-Man collab. We don’t know what to expect in terms of map changes.

Highly doubtful that we’ll see a POI like the Daily Bugle added to the Fortnite map. However, we do know about other aspects of the collab.

For starters, there is a strong possibility of a Spider-Man Brand New Day skin releasing as part of the crossover. We’ve gotten skin for every major crossover, so this is all but confirmed. Aside from Spider-Man, we could even see the Punisher and Grey Hulk as part of the cosmetic lineup.

Cosmetics aside, leaks further suggest that we’ll be getting a Spider-Man Sprite. What’s more, there is speculation that we will be able to use Web Slingers by equipping the aforementioned Sprite. This seems like a shot in the dark, but it makes sense.

The Batman Sprite enables players to be boosted into the air and glide a short distance. Who’s to say that the Spider-Man Sprite won’t give us similar superpowers? After all, Fortnite is a melting pot of everything, and anything is possible.

New Weekly and Story Quests

The upcoming 41.30 update patch notes also hold promise to add new quests for Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3.

With the season coming to an end, you will be able to use the extra XP to complete your Runners Battle Pass. We will also see new Hot Bat Summer quests added to the game. Let us know what you’re most excited for in the Fortnite 41.30 update.
