Fortnite Treasure Hunters Mini Season Early Patch Notes

Treasure Hunters Battle Pass

We’ve got our first official look at the Fortnite Treasure Hunters Battle Pass for the upcoming Mini Season, and it is perhaps one of the best we’ve had in a long time. Nico Robin and Portgas D. Ace are going to be listed on it, alongside the mysterious newcomer whose voicelines play the One Piece Chest in Fortnite.

Despite the theme being related to “Treasure Hunters,” there aren’t many ‘hunters’ on the upcoming Fortnite Mini Season Battle Pass. Nonetheless, the lineup of characters is way more interesting than the Fortnite Override Battle Pass, for certain. That said, here is the list of skins:

  • Anime Jones
  • Anime Cuddle Team Leader
  • Anime Charlotte
  • Captain X
  • Nico Robin
  • Portgas D. Ace

In the official key art that showcases the Fortnite Treasure Hunters Battle Pass, we get our first glimpses of the One Piece Gum-Gum Devil Fruit. Ace can also be seen using his power, which he got by consuming the Flame-Flame Devil Fruit. Both of these are going to feature as Mythic weapons next season.

Map Changes: Skull and Crossbones Island

The Fortnite Override map has been replaced with a skull-and-crossbones-shaped map, which aligns with the Treasure Hunters theme for the Mini Season. The map looks vibrant and is a change of pace from the gloomy settings that have been around since the start of Fortnitemares 2026.

From early patch notes, we know of four Fortnite locations that are going to be part of the new skull and crossbones island in the Treasure Hunters Mini Season. We don’t know their exact names, so for the time being, these placeholders are going to have to suffice. Here is the list:

  • Arlong Park
  • One Piece Treasure Chest
  • Foosha Village
  • Marigold
  • One Piece Arlong Park POI in Fortnite Chapter 7 Treasure Hunters
  • One Piece Chest in Fortnite Chapter 7 Treasure Hunters
  • Marigold in Fortnite Treasure Hunters

Although we do see a lot more locations in the Fortnite Treasure Hunters trailer, we don’t know what they are called. Expect Epic Games to slowly reveal these Fortnite POIs one by one over the course of this week.

New Weapons and Loot Pool Items

Based on what we’ve gathered from early patch notes, at least seven new weapons/items are going to be part of the Fortnite loot pool during the Treasure Hunters Mini Season. What’s interesting is that two of them have been imported from Fortnite Save the World. Once again, we don’t know their exact names, but we have a rough idea of what they could be called. Here is the list:

  • Bundlebuss
  • Dragoon
  • Pirate Cannon
  • Zoro’s Sword Mythic
  • Luffy’s Gum-Gum Mythic
  • Nami’s Tangerine Mythic
  • Usopp Slingshot Mythic
  • Ace’s Flame-Flame Mythic
  • Bundlebuss, Dragoon, and Cannon in Fortnite Treasure Hunters
  • Zoro Mythic, Usopp's Slingshot, Tangerine healing item One Piece collab

Although we don’t know the entire list of weapons, there are a lot more slated to arrive in Fortnite Treasure Hunters Mini Season. We can expect to see the Flintknock Pistol and Corsair added to the loot pool as well.

New Sprites

Fortnite Sprites were featured in the Hatsune Miku collab teaser, and thanks to the official Treasure Hunters key art, we have our first look at upcoming Sprites. This one in particular seems to resemble a mouse that has made its home in a treasure chest.

Unfortunately, the rumors of Sprites being removed in Fortnite Chapter 8 have not yet been clarified; to that end, collect as many Sprites as you can. If nothing else, you can always visit them in Fortnite Sprite Garden later on.

That’s everything new that’s been added to Fortnite Treasure Hunters Mini Season. What are you most excited about in the new season? Tell us in the comments section below.
