In the Peacemaker TV show, he’s portrayed as the embodiment of twisted ideology, a man who’s not just abusive and controlling, but also deluded enough to believe he’s a hero.
In DC comics, there have been a couple of versions of White Dragon, but the one we see in Peacemaker is more or less a terrifying reimagining, built specifically for the show’s narrative.
