Brand Partnerships Manager

As a brand partnership manager, your role is to partner with brands for their upcoming product launch amplification through creative campaign ideas across various platforms, meeting quarterly and yearly sales target and generating recurring affiliate partnership gateways to ensure long term sustainable growth.


  • Proven track record of successful advertising and marketing campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Websites
  • Strong understanding of the consumer technology industry
  • Experience in identifying and researching potential brand partners
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with brand partners
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Experience working with different departments to align advertising and marketing efforts across all platforms


  • Meet Annual Sales Target
  • Ensure 100% fill rate for entire inventory
  • Should be able to facilitate meetings with key decision-makers of the brand
  • Develop and pitch creative advertising and marketing campaign ideas to brand partners
  • Lead the campaign from the initial pitch to final execution in collaboration with the content team and the brand, ensuring effective communication throughout the process
  • Negotiate and execute advertising and marketing deals with brand partners
  • Manage the collaboration and communication between the media company and the brand partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and marketing
