The Boys has given us some characters who might not be Supe but play a significant role in the grand scheme of things. One of these characters is Robert Singer played by Jim Beaver. He is a character that has been recurring in the series since season 1 and has appeared in The Boys Season 4 as well. So, who is Robert Singer and what’s the game plan?
Robert Singer Was the President-Elect of the USA in The Boys
Robert Singer was previously a soldier who had fought in the Vietnam War. We have seen him in The Boys Season 2 where he was the US Secretary of Defence. He had a meeting with Stan Edgar about the involvement of Supes in the military. In The Boys Season 4, Robert Singer Was a Democrat President-elect of The United States with Congresswoman Victoria Neuman as his Vice President-elect.
He also attempted to ally with Annie aka Starlight to get rid of Homelander’s supporters but had to break this alliance after Starlight beat up Firecracker on live TV.

Robert Singer won the presidential campaign, however, as soon as it was revealed that Victoria Neuman was a supe, Robert and the CIA planned to assassinate her. However, he was nearly killed in an assassination attempt by Shapeshifter disguised as Starlight on the orders of Homelander.
