Connections Answer for November 13
Have you finally given up and are ready for the answer? The answers to today’s Connections puzzle are:
- UNIT OF LANGUAGE – Letter, Paragraph, Sentence, Word
- TRADEMARK – Feature, Hallmark, Stamp, Trait
- FUNNY PERSON – Card, Clown, Cutup, Joker
- THINGS WITH LEAVES – Book, Table, Tea, Tree
Solving today’s NYT Connections wasn’t a laborious task since the puzzle was easier. After being confused between letter and stamp for a minute, I found the connections between the other words and nailed down the Yellow category first. I then moved to think about brands and what all the words in Green have in common with them.
Bigger confusion arose in the Blue category as I had no idea they referred to someone funny as a ‘cutup.’ I will be honest and say that it did require some Googling to solve. I almost faced the same problem with Purple. However, after thinking about Paper in a book and wood in a tree, I made the connection to something related to nature and clubbed the remaining four words together to get the NYT Connections for 13th November.
