The Lenovo-owned Motorola has been offering some great budget smartphones over the past few years with its Moto G and Moto E line-up and the trend should continue. The Moto G5 and the G5 Plus are great budget smartphones and the upcoming Moto E4 and E4 Plus look like capable, affordable smartphones. There have been several leaks of the new Moto E iteration and the latest leak reveals the details around its specifications and price.
As it’s known for a while now, the Moto E 4th generation will come in two variants, the Moto E4 and E4 Plus. According to the leak, the E4 will feature a 5-inch 720p display, while the E4 Plus will feature a 5.5-inch 720p display. Both the devices will be powered by the Quad-Core MediaTek MT6737M processor, coupled with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of expandable storage. Also, they will come with 8 MP rear and 5 MP front cameras. There should also be 4G support and both phones will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.
While the Moto E4 will come with a 2,800 mAh battery, the Moto E4 Plus will reportedly house a massive 5,000 mAh battery. Moreover, the E4 Plus will come with a front-facing fingerprint scanner and a 3 GB RAM variant. According to the leak, the Moto E4 and E4 Plus will be priced at EUR 150 (~ Rs. 10,500) and EUR 190 (~ Rs. 13,300), respectively.
When will the Moto E4 and E4 Plus announced? Well, your guess is as good as mine, but considering the leaks, it should be pretty soon.
