Marvel Rivals God Quarry Map Explained

Marvel Rivals Season 10 introduced Gorr in the game, and the God Butcher’s quest to kill all gods brings him to the God Quarry. God Quarry is a new Domination map in Marvel Rivals. The new map features well-known locations such as the Halls of All-Knowing, House of Ideas, and Confessional Eternity.

Since God Quarry is a Domination map, teams compete to take control of the Mission Area. The team that completely secures two out of three points will take home the win. The God Quarry features Asgardian-inspired designs and includes real-world Marvel comic cover art on the walls.

Fans are finally happy that a new Domination map has been added to the game after more than a year (Celestial Husk was released in July 2025).

• The House of Ideas is the birthplace of the universe in Marvel comics, and this location is decorated with popular Marvel comic covers.

• So, apart from the main route everyone usually follows, flanking heroes in Marvel Rivals can approach the objective area and catch opponents off guard.
• As you can see, the main objective area has only little cover available. So it is essential to take fights from the doorways, underground pathway, etc., and approach from different angles.
• Loki, who was removed from Marvel Rivals for a limited time, can now be seen as the Chronicler in the flanking route.

Halls of All-Knowing

• The Halls of All-Knowing is an important library in the Marvel Universe, so this location has been designed with big archways, multiple floors, and more.
• In our playtime, we found that pushing the capture point through the main route worked just fine.
• Nevertheless, the Halls of All-Knowing is built for heroes like Psylocke or Phoenix in Marvel Rivals, as they can take advantage of the high ground and interconnected corridors.
• A large suspended wooden structure also spawns above the capture point, which can be used by players to attack from multiple directions.
• Once the mission area has been captured, players can push back the opponent team from the area and hold them in the library rooms right behind the capture point.

Confessional Eternity

• Confessional Eternity features more open space and greater verticality (like the Thebes map in Marvel Rivals) than House of Ideas and Halls of All-Knowing.
• That is why we recommend picking aerial heroes like Iron Man or Storm to take advantage of the verticality.
• In addition, Confessional Eternity also includes vast flank routes on both sides.
• Thus, flankers can equally shine by taking the lava pool route or the elevated platform behind the giant orb.
• The massive orb is destructible. So if you aim to take cover behind it, always remember that it can be reduced to ashes.

• The enemy team will concentrate on what is in front of them most of the time. So, the unnoticed aerial heroes can deal serious damage and secure victories.

• All three Mission Areas across all locations on the God Quarry map feature tight spaces surrounded by walls.
• So, picking a hero like Emma Frost in Marvel Rivals can make a huge difference on the God Quarry map.
• Emma Frost can easily slam the enemy into the ground with Carbon Crush. Followed by a Crystal Kick to knock back enemies and quickly eliminate them with the extra damage, thanks to the walls.

Try Flanking

• Surprisingly, the new God Quarry map features plenty of flank routes.
• So, take the flank routes and catch your enemy backline off guard by playing Gorr in Marvel Rivals.
• Just remember that this map features a lot of tight indoor areas. It might be tough to receive heals from your Strategists. So, make sure you have an escape ready to get back to your healers when necessary.
