The update sees the introduction of an in-game property broker named Prix Luxury Real Estate that has three opulent safehouses for you to check out. As mentioned at the start, A Safe in the Hills update brings three mansions to GTA Online. You can browse through them by using the Prix Luxury website on the in-game phone. Below, we’ve listed each property’s base price, but keep in mind that players who completed the New Listings missions before December 7, 2025, are eligible for a $2,000,000 discount.
The Tongva Estate
Perched atop the Tongva Hills, just south of Fort Zancudo, is the Tongva Estate. The property previously belonged to Devin Weston from the game’s story mode, and we all know what happened to him. If you’re interested in becoming the mansion’s owner, here’s what it’ll cost you:

The Vinewood Residence

An apt name for the most expensive mansion in GTA Online, the Richman Villa is located in (you guessed it) Richman, and it commands some eye-watering figures.
