Fujifilm has launched the X-T100 mirrorless camera in India starting at Rs. 47,999. The camera flaunts a compact, retro design with an anodized aluminum top cover and a faux-leather finish on the rest of the body, but the internals are all top notch too.

The X-T100 has been priced at Rs. 47,999 for the body only, while the X-T100 Kit with XC-15-45mm lens will be available at Rs. 54,999 and goes up to Rs. 70,999 for the bundle with X-T100 body, XC-15-45mm lens, and the XC5-230mm lens.

The camera features a 24.2-megapixel CMOS APS-C size sensor which is claimed to be 14 times larger than the sensors fitted inside today’s smartphones. Fujifilm has added a newly developed autofocus algorithm which produces faster and more accurate focus lock, and leverages the on-board phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and a hybrid AF (HAF) system for focus lock in challenging lighting.

The device is compatible with the company’s X Mount range of camera lenses, and offers 11 film simulation modes and 17 advanced filters which vary in color tones and effects to help you capture the perfect shot.

The X-T100 has a standard output sensitivity range of up to 6400, while the extended output sensitivity value maxes out at 51,200. The device allows video recording in HD, Full HD as well as 4K resolution, and also lets users shoot movies in high speed (1.6x / 2x / 3.3x / 4x) at HD resolution. Still images are shot in JPEG, RAW and JPEG+RAW format, while videos are recorded in MOV file format with H.264 video compression.
