Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 brought in a new loot pool that is perfectly suited to squash bugs and new threats on the island. With three new POIs and a dynamic change in the Battle Royale gameplay, it’s safe to say that choosing the right weapon is crucial in the early stages of a match.

While you may go for the latest meta, which is the Wrecker Revolver or O.X.R. Rifle, or follow our tier list, every Fortnite player knows that exotic weapons are a class apart. They bring some special abilities to your usual loot pool and are hard to obtain, similar to mythic weapons.

In the latest Fortnite season, Epic has brought five exotic weapons that players can get their hands on in the middle of the match, and using them is an absolute delight. Here’s where you can find all of them and use them to claim a Victory Royale.

How to Get Exotic Weapons in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4

Exotic weapons can be found in O.X.R. Bunkers across the Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 island as they’re locked behind these structures. There are four bunkers located around the map that you can find and open.

They are located near the following POIs and Landmarks:

• North of Shiny Shafts
• Southwest of Foxy Floodgate
• South of Utopia City
• South of the First Order Base

What Are O.X.R. Bunkers and How to Open Them?

In Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4, O.X.R. Bunkers are special locations that provide players with high-tier loot such as exotic weapons, high-rarity loot, many chests, and plenty of ammunition. These bunkers are unusual from previous Fortnite bunkers in that they have big, lockable metal doors that must be unlocked under specified conditions. To open an OXR Bunker, players must earn O.X.R. Rank A during a Battle Royale match.

This rank is obtained by gaining Rank XP through acts such as eliminating players (75 XP per), defeating Queen bugs (200 XP), claiming Capture Points (250 XP), destroying Swarmer Nests (30 XP), eliminating Bombers (50 XP), destroying Hive Stashes (60 XP), or opening a bunker (400 XP). The fastest option is to capture Outposts and defeat bugs. Once you reach Rank A, bunker locations will appear on the map as white icons. Players can then approach a bunker, interact with the door, and gain access to the precious rewards inside.

All Exotic Weapons in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4

In Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4, four Exotic weapons and one unique consumable item stand out, each providing various advantages in defeating bugs and other players. These weapons are primarily discovered in O.X.R. Bunkers, which can only be accessed with OXR Rank A or through other specified means.

While there’s no specific weapon that spawns in each of those bunkers, they can randomly appear in any of the above-mentioned bunkers. So it’s best to claim the exotic weapon for free as soon as you open a bunker.

Here’s an overview of each of the exotic weapons:

• Eradicator O.X.R. Rifle: This assault weapon has a 4.7 fire rate and a 21-round magazine, dealing 35 damage. Its primary benefit is greater damage with successive hits, making it excellent for long-term confrontations. Its exceptional precision ensures that more rounds are fired, effectively destroying enemies.
• Double Trouble: A dual pump-action shotgun set with 121 damage, 0.7 fire rate, and a 5-round magazine. Players can switch between the two shotguns quickly, allowing for fast, high-damage bursts. The siphon’s health effect: every hit improves survival in close-range battles.
• Marksman Wrecker Revolver: This handgun, which deals 61 damage with a 2.07 fire rate and an 8-round magazine, works similarly to a shotgun but with increased hip-fire speed and headshot multipliers. It excels in medium-to-close-range combat, allowing for double-pump techniques when combined with another shotgun.
• Shock n’ Slow Shockwave Launcher: With a 0.75 fire rate and a 4-round magazine, this launcher fires Shockwave Grenades that slow enemies and allies in mid-air. It is ideal for crowd control, knocking enemies off cliffs or out of storm rings, yet dealing little direct damage.
• Exotic Slap Berry Fizz: A consumable that heals 5 per tick (300 total) and provides 10 seconds of Slap (faster movement, limitless stamina) and reduced gravity. It’s great for teamwork and movement in sweaty battles. Pair it up with one of the new movement medallions and you’re unstoppable.
