It’s Mastery Monday yet again, and it looks like Epic Games is gearing up for a community-driven ARG experience for the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 teasers already. Epic has updated the official Fortnite Discord server with features that might allow players to uncover new teasers through hidden codes.
Through the newly introduced update for the Official Fortnite Discord bot, players will seemingly be able to feed it codes or unique values to receive new teasers for Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4.
When entering the command “/verifylobbyhack,” the Discord bot reveals that it requires a value to actually go through with the command.
Players can try this out for themselves by talking to the Fortnite Discord bot and typing ‘/verifylobbyhack’ and entering a random word to see if it’s correct.
Additionally, players can also add the Fortnite Discord bot to their own servers by following these steps:
- In the Discord app, click on your server name in the top left corner to open a dropdown menu.
- In this menu, select ‘App Directory.’
- On the App Directory page, search for Official Fortnite Bot in the search bar in the top right corner.
- Add the Fortnite bot to your server.
At the time of writing, Epic has not officially announced the Fortnite Discord bot ARG and, subsequently, no secret codes have been revealed.
However, Epic has revealed a possible new Fortnite teaser for Eggman from Sonic, suggesting the developers have more planned for the Chapter 7 Season 4 buildup through Discord.
Players are likely to start receiving unique secret codes around the time of the Fortnite Unstable Story Moment live event, as that is when the Chapter 7 Season 4 build-up will kick into high gear.
This is much like Epic’s strategy for the release of Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3, which saw players put together unique puzzle pieces to reveal new content. However, this is largely speculative as of now, so take it with a grain of salt.
