Albert Wesker, or Craig Burnatowski’s IRL ex-girlfriend Monica Denison, has made a major claim that Zeno will return in the Resident Evil Requiem DLC and that Albert Wesker will feature in Resident Evil Veronica. Both characters will be played by Craig Burnatowski, which is what everyone expected.
We had covered a recent leak on Resident Evil Veronica and Zero’s voice actors, and it mentioned that Craig Burnatowski will be playing Albert Wesker in both games. So, the leak from his ex-girlfriend matches other credible leaks in the past.
Monica claimed that Craig had already been shooting for both games while they were together, and apparently, Wesker will be shouting ‘Steve’ a lot. This is definitely from Resident Evil Veronica, as that’s where we will have Steve Burnside return to the game.
One thing to note is that Monica couldn’t confirm whether Craig was part of Resident Evil Zero or not. Albert Wesker appearing in Resident Evil Zero is one of the most rumored points online, but it seems we would have to wait longer to have it confirmed.
Now, although we do not know the exact reason behind the crash-out from Craig’s ex-girlfriend, it is clear that they didn’t end up on good terms. Whichever the case, the leaks do seem somewhat credible, but we would still ask you to take them with a grain of salt.
Craig appearing in either RE9 DLC or Veronica doesn’t seem too out of place, but his appearance in Zero would be the major reveal. Resident Evil Requiem was one of the best games of 2026, so we have big hopes for its story DLC releases in the future.
