In order to mirror your Android phone's screen to a TV, the TV needs to feature in-built Chromecast, or you need to get an external Chromecast. Then, from your Android phone's quick access panel, tap on Screencast, give it the necessary permissions if you haven't already and select your TV from here to mirror onto it. You can also use the Google Home app to find and mirror your Android device to your TV.
