Installing Windows 11 requires you to go through Windows' out-of-the-box experience steps and sign in to your Microsoft Account. However, if you're unwilling to sign in and want to use Windows 11 with a local administrator account, there are a few ways to do it. One of the is by using the Command Prompt when installing Windows, and the other is by using a third-party, open-source software called Rufus.
