The Eidolon Rod is located in the Sanctum, the last area that you’ll unlock inside the Cultist Lair of Fisch. To reach the Sanctum, players must first create the Dreamers Amulet, using all the Amulet Fragments that they obtained for completing the various NPC quests all around the Cultist Lair.
