  1. Launch the Watch app on your iPhone.

2. Now, ensure that the My Watch tab is selected at the bottom left corner of the screen.

3. Next, tap on App View.

Though watchOS doesn’t offer an option to fine-tune the list view, you get the option to rearrange apps in grid view using the Watch app on iPhone.

  1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone and then tap on the App View.
