Genshin Impact 4.3 will be dropping over 13,700* Primogems or around 85 wishes. The total is quite low compared to prior patches and understandably so because no new regions or Archon quests are being added. Once the update goes live, players can collect maintenance rewards and events to get 8,195 Primogems, 12,395 if they have Welkin Moon, and 13,715 if they have Welkin Moon + Battle Pass.
