After the dramatic rivalry-themed season in Chapter 7 Season 2, Epic has introduced Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3. This season has introduced a new map, Battle Pass, and much more with its launch. However, Epic will also be adding even more content to the game as the Runners season unfolds. That said, here is everything you need to know about everything added in Chapter 7 Season 3 so far.

All Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 Updates So Far

As of now, Chapter 7 Season 3 has had no major updates, with the season releasing with the 41.00 patch on June 6, 2026.

While Epic has not confirmed the roadmap for Chapter 7 Season 3, we do know that the next major Fortnite update for Chapter 7 Season 3, v41.10, is set to take place on June 25, 2026. This update is expected to bring new Sprites, weapons, and developments to the Chapter 7 Season 3 storyline.

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 Map – Shattered Coast

In a move that not many players were expecting, Epic used the Shattered live event to completely wipe away the Golden Coast map halfway through the chapter.

This gave way to the Shattered Coast map, which is comprised of almost entirely new POIs. When it comes to POIs from the Golden Coast, only two locations (Wonkeeland and Latte Landing) survived. That said, here are all the Shattered Coast locations in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3:

  • Lifty Lodge
  • Battlewoods
  • Latte Landing
  • Wonkeeland
  • Frosted Flats
  • Sinister Strip
  • Golden Grove
  • Shaken Sanctuary
  • Cluster Coast
  • Sunken Shores
  • Heatwave Harbor
  • Calamari Canyon
  • Chopped Shop

As Chapter 7 Season 3 progresses, Epic Games could modify some of these locations to serve the storyline better. This could include Sinister Strip, which has been taken over by the Dark Voyager after he emerged victorious alongside Geno in the Shattered live event.

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 Weapons and Loot Pool Changes

All Fortnite seasons are heavily affected by the game’s loot pool, and Chapter 7 Season 3 is no different. Keeping things relatively small-scale, Epic has introduced 4 new weapons into the Fortnite loot pool this season, which include:

  • Extending Focus Shotgun: A new shotgun sporting a three-round volley mechanic. When players hipfire this weapon, it has a much faster fire rate but a wider pellet spread. When aiming down sights, the pellet spread is narrowed, with each shot increasing the weapon’s range.
  • Chaos Exploder Rifle: This new Dark Voyager-themed rifle is an absolute beast on the battlefield, with the weapon shooting explosive cubes that do both impact and splash damage.
  • Lancehead Pistol: John Wick’s pistol of choice, the Lancehead Pistol is an extremely powerful handgun that also has a massive kick to it. Additionally, once players run out of ammo and reload, they can throw the magazine at enemies for added damage.
  • Surgical Burst Rifle: A modernized version of the OG burst AR, the Surgical Burst Rifle is extremely smooth and accurate. If used right, it can absolutely dominate at any range with its pinpoint precision.

All Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 Sprites So Far

Sprites have made a big comeback in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3, with Epic turning them into the central mechanic for the season. Not only can players find and use Fortnite Sprites for useful buffs, but they can also now add them to their permanent Collection using Extraction Sites or Portable Extractors. Here is a list of all of the Sprites available in Chapter 7 Season 3:

  • Water Sprite: Gives you a higher chance to pull rare items and weapons when opening chests.
  • Earth Sprite: Triggers a destructive fiery burst after dealing a set threshold of damage to an enemy.
  • Fire Sprite: Slowly replenishes shields for you and nearby squadmates whenever you stand in water.
  • Duck Sprite: Emoting or Jamming out anywhere on the map actively replenishes your shields.
  • Ghost Sprite: Grants a brief period of total cloak (invisibility) immediately upon reloading your weapon.
  • Demon Sprite: Grants a Siphon effect, restoring a chunk of your health or shield upon eliminating an opponent.
  • King Sprite: Massive damage multiplier for your Pickaxe (ideal for aggressive wall-taking and structure pressure).
  • Dream Sprite: Grants a completely random item every time it levels up, bursting into a pile of Legendary loot at Max Level.
  • Punk Sprite: “Possibly nothing… or infinitely something.” (Random buff)
  • The Burnt Peanut Sprite: Gives a low chance to spawn a random Legendary or Mythic item upon eliminating an enemy.
  • Zero Point Sprite: Automatically spawns a Shield Bubble Jr. over you whenever you consume a healing item.
