The original Air Sprite in Fortnite was introduced in Chapter 6 Season 1. Back then, players could use this elemental critter to boost themselves into the air. Once airborne, they could redeploy their Gliders to rotate with ease. However, things have changed a bit in the current timeline, and here’s what you need to know about the new version of the Air Sprite in Fortnite.
Where to Find the Air Sprite in Fortnite
Much like all other Sprites in Fortnite, you can find the Air type in Sprite Chests. Holofoil variant can be found in normal Chests as well. If all else fails, look for players who have the Air Sprite and eliminate them.
This particular Holofoil Air Sprite was found in a chest at Golden Grove. However, to improve your odds of finding more, you could search near high and mountainous areas. Try searching in POIs such as Lifty Lodge, south of Latte Landing, and Calamari Canyon. If you’re lucky, you could even find the Seven Sprite in Fortnite.
What Does The Air Sprite Do In Fortnite?
The Air Sprite in Fortnite will increase your sprinting speed and jump height in Fortnite. It also nullifies fall damage. As a bonus, as the Sprite levels up, your jump height will increase. It shares some attributes with the Striker Sprite but is leagues better.
Furthermore, this sprite also gives a certain amount of chance to your squad to find rare Sprite variants while looting chests. We’re yet to get stats for each level.

That said, if you’re looking for an edge when it comes to movement, the Air Sprite is going to be your best bet. Remember to search as many Sprite Chests as possible to find and extract one using Extraction Gizmos.
All Air Sprite Variants in Fortnite
