Content Writer
At Beebom, we are building a product discovery platform and for that, we are hiring Content writers. A person who can write creative short-form content, FAQs across the website along the side of product descriptions and specifications.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting, organising, and analysing product specifications, which include gathering information on product features, images, and reviews, for a wide range of devices such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, and other gadgets. You’ll work closely with our editorial and development teams to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is available on our website.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience is a must in content writing or a similar role
- Must have a proper understanding of all the terminologies related to smartphones and laptops, and consumer tech products in general
- Keeping an eye on every minor detail of the products
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and products
- A good knowledge of on page SEO is a BIG PLUS
Responsibilities:
- Gather and organise product descriptions and specifications from official websites, manufacturers, and OEM partners
- Maintain 100% accuracy by monitoring updates and making necessary changes
- Collaborate with the SEO team to gain insights about readers’/users’ queries and preferences
- Collaborate with editorial and development teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy on the website
- Follow latest tech news to learn more about upcoming smartphones and other tech products
