10 Best Spider-Man 2 Suits for Miles

Much like the previous titles, Spider-Man 2 features many new suits for Miles. And there are numerous new suits for our beloved Spidey to wear this time. With numerous options available, it might get difficult to find the perfect suit to wear as you swing around NYC. Hence, we have decided to list 10 of our favorite Spider-Man 2 suits for Miles for you to consider.

Since they introduced the Suit Tech feature in Spider-Man 2, superhero suits are cosmetic only this time around. As such, you don’t have to worry about which suit to pick. With that said, let’s take a look at some of the best suits for Miles:

1. Into The Spider-Verse SB Suit

First on our list, we have the Into the Spiderverse suit, which is the makeshift costume that Miles made while learning under Peter. This Spider-Man 2 suit has the low-frame animation seen in the movie, replicating the style.

Into The Spiderverse SB suit

The suit is a 1:1 replica of the one we have seen in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. You have Miles wearing sneakers along with socks, and a Halloween Spider-Man costume with rolled-up sleeves and slacks. Furthermore, the costume has a cape, which Peter is very much against in the movie.

2. S.T.R.I.K.E. Suit

Tokusatsu is a wild and popular genre in Japan. And chances are that we have watched a piece of Tokusatsu media in the form of Super Sentai, Power Rangers, or Godzilla. Naturally, Insomniac Games wanted to pay tribute to the culture, introducing the STRIKE suit.

Returning from Miles Morales, this suit takes inspiration from the Kamen Rider suits seen in the long-running Tokusatsu series. It has the flare and the edge in the design and looks cool. If you look at the Kamen Rider design, you will immediately draw parallels to this suit.

For example, this suit has pointy collars, a stoic armor-like suit design, and large armor hands. It is a must-try for those who love Kamen Rider and Super Sentai.

3. Programmable Matter Suit

Another suit returning from Miles Morales is the Programmable Matter suit. It still retains the visuals introduced in the previous game and follows the red and black color scheme with an angular design.

Additionally, it glows bright red around the arms, legs, lenses, and the symbol to give it a double-tone feel. Since the suit is based on the Tinkerer’s tech, it follows a similar design and ultimately looks clean. Furthermore, the suit has a metallic shine because of the PS5 tech. Just how it should look. Because of this, we decided to add this suit to this list.

4. Miles Morales 2020 Suit

A modernized update to the Classic Suits of Miles Morales, the 2020 suit returns for Spider-Man 2. It retains much of the original design style introduced back in 2020. The face plate is a digital visor, and Miles wears a headphone in this one.

Furthermore, Miles still sports the cool bomber jacket on top of the spidey suit. What has been updated this time is the visuals and lighting pass. This means the suit looks realistic and clean this time around. Plus, the glowing logo looks especially striking in the costume because of the new lighting. If you play the game in real time, it looks marvelous, and because of such a bombastic design, we have added this to our list.

5. Shadow Spider Suit

The medieval makeover that Miles sports in the Shadow Spider suit might catch most people off-guard. However, this suit is based on the design introduced in Champions #25-27. And people who judiciously follow Spider-Man comics will instantly recognize this suit from the series, thanks to its iconic design.

Here, Miles is seen wearing this suit after Peter dies in the Spider-Man 2 series. The cape allows him to teleport and quickly escape while using knives to subdue his enemies. He joins a vigilante group called Champions, wearing this suit and subduing the bad guys.

One difference between the Spider-Man 2 and the comic-book variant is in the cowl. The comic book Shadow Spider suit does not have a proper cowl, but a mouth cover for Miles. In the Spider-Man 2 design, they scrapped the mouth cover for a cowl to fit the design of every other suit.

6. Sportswear Suit

The first suit Miles wears during his superhero career in Insomniac’s universe. We saw this suit getting damaged while battling Rhino in Miles Morales. He stops wearing this suit after he receives a brand-new gift from Peter. In Spider-Man 2, much like every other returning suit, this makes a comeback.

Much of the design has remained intact in Spider-Man 2. It still has the puffy blue jacket, the red inner jacket, and the classic cowl that Peter had. Furthermore, the young spidey wears kicks since the costume doesn’t have footwear. So, consider using this if you were a fan of suits from previous games or want to roleplay Miles wearing his older costumes.

7. Brooklyn 2099 Suit

Another flashy suit featured in the Miles Morales game, the Brooklyn 2099 suit returns. Insomniac games have heavily marketed this suit alongside the Kumo suit on their social media, and why shouldn’t they? For one, this suit looks tactical and heavily borrows designs from a heavy-duty military design.

This suit design reminded me of the Arkham Knight from the Batman: Arkham Night video game, as it shares some similarities with that design. Be it the military cargo pants, the sleek boots, the skin-tight torso with a red-glowing symbol, and squinted eyes. Overall, this is a perfect suit to add to your arsenal. Furthermore, the available suit style variants look equally cool.

8. T.R.A.C.K. Suit

Do you prefer something that looks clean yet chill? Then, you need to unlock the TRACK suit in Spider-Man 2. It follows the design of the typical Miles Morales suit but adds some additional accents to the design. This makes it stand out from the lot while retaining the design formula of a Spider-Man suit.

The base suit variant uses a black-and-white color scheme to make the colors pop. Some red is thrown on the borders and the webbing design to give it the needed accent colors. Furthermore, the design has an overall futuristic touch to it, staying true to its name. If you are bored of wearing the classic suit, this one’s a great alternative.

9. Miles Morales 2099 Suit

The hood makes everything cool. Be it the secretive Assassins from the Assassin’s Creed titles or Red Hood from DC Comics, no one can deny that hoods look amazing. So it’s only natural to find Miles wearing a suit with a hood attached to it. The 2099 suit in Spider-Man 2 knows this, adding a hood to the suit that makes the design cooler. And yes, this is another returning suit from the Miles Morales video game.

Outside of that, it follows a navy-blue color scheme, along with red and white for accents. This ensures that you can differentiate between each piece of uniform. For example, the gloves and shoes feature a red and white theme, while the overall design has a navy-blue color scheme. Furthermore, the eyes have a white glow to make them stand apart from the whole suit.

10. Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. Suit

The final suit in this list is inspired by comic-book design and taps into the what-if territory. This suit takes inspiration from the classic S.H.I.E.L.D. agent uniform that we have seen in various comic books featuring Nick Fury and his cohorts. To make it fit the Spider-Man theme, they’ve given a spider-cowl to help Miles hide his identity.

Outside of that, it follows the classic Shield color scheme of Light-Blue overalls and boasts white gloves and shoes. The suit has no webbing design, as it is a one-piece agent jumpsuit modified to fit Miles. If you read Marvel Comics while growing up and miss the old S.H.I.E.L.D. design, this is the perfect suit to try out.

And these are the suits for Miles in Spider-Man 2 that we suggest you unlock. Each suit has its own unique design and makes Miles stand out in any situation. Which is your favorite suit for Miles in this installment of the game? Let us know in the comments below.
