Who Should You Pull In Honkai Star Rail 3.2: Ranked By Priority

Honkai Star Rail 3.2 is absolutely stacked with extremely strong new and rerun characters. The banners will feature six 5-star characters, two of them being new and having very unique abilities that are hard to overlook. The rerun characters are also extremely strong, featuring some of the strongest DPS and Support characters in the game. So, it is likely that you will be confused about who to pull for in Honkai Star Rail 3.2. Should you pull Anaxa or Castorice? Don’t worry, as this guide will help you understand the pull priority for characters in HSR 3.2.

6. Dr. Ratio — Skip

Dr. Ratio is the last in the priority pull order for Honkai Star Rail 3.2 banners. He is an Imaginary single-target DPS who can dish out decent Follow-up attack damage. However, Dr. Ratio has scaled pretty terribly over time since he was first released as a free 5-star character. He is not among the top DPS characters in the game, and spending your limited Stellar Jades on him will be a massive loss in my opinion. The only reason you should pull Dr. Ratio is if you really like his personality and didn’t receive him for free like the rest of us.

5. Jiaoqiu — Acheron Enabler

Jiaoqiu is a decent Nihility Debuffer who is excellent in Pure Fiction. He can apply AoE debuffs on enemies without wasting a Skill point at the start of the battle, and can decently reduce their defenses. However, Jiaoqiu doesn’t have great synergy with most of the other DPS characters in the game. Jiaoqiu is only rated as an Acheron support, massively increasing the damage output for Acheron teams. He allows Acheron to recharge her Ultimate very frequently, and is slowly becoming a must-pull for Acheron teams with the changing meta. You should only pull Jiaoqiu in Honkai Star Rail 3.2 if you already have a completely built Acheron in your character roster.

4. Anaxa — Erudition Support and Applies Weaknesses

Anaxa is one of the new 5-star characters in Honkai Star Rail 3.2, and he has a very unique ability that sets him apart from others. Anaxa can apply all the weaknesses available in the game to all enemies using his Ultimate, which can be massively overpowered in specific scenarios. He is a huge upgrade from Silver Wolf, forcing Hoyoverse to buff Silver Wolf in HSR 3.4. Anaxa is also an Erudition support and can massively increase the damage output of The Herta and Argenti teams. Overall, Anaxa is a decent pull choice in Honkai Star Rail 3.2.

3. Fugue — Extremely Strong Break Support

Fugue is one of the strongest Break Support in Honkai Star Rail. If you have a Break Team, or are looking to make one, then Fugue is an absolute must-pull for you. She, alongside Ruan Mei, keeps the Break teams in the meta. Other than that, Fugue is also a good support for most other teams, decreasing the Defenses of enemies easily while also allowing the team to deal double Break Damage.

If you like characters like Firefly, Boothill, or Rappa, then I suggest you pull Fugue in Honkai Star Rail 3.2 banners. With so many good characters on the banner, your Stellar Jade stocks are likely already looking empty. Check out Honkai Star Rail codes and refill your Stellar Jade stocks before HSR 3.2 drops.

2. Acheron — SS-Tier DPS

Acheron is considered the strongest DPS in Honkai Star Rail, although it might be short-lived due to Castorice releasing soon. She is an Emanator of Nihility and, like her title, she can absolutely delete enemies with her Ultimate. Acheron is also one of the easiest characters to use in Honkai Star Rail, and she still has a long shelf life. If you are looking for a strong DPS to carry you through MoC, then you should definitely get Acheron.

However, Acheron does require good Nihility supports to work well in Honkai Star Rail. If you don’t have good Nihility supports, try pulling for Jiaoqiu after pulling Acheron and use 4-star characters like Pela or Guinaifen as supports.

1. Castorice — Absolute Must-Pull

Castorice is an absolute must-pull in Honkai Star Rai, even if you don’t play to build her in the game. She is the first character that feature a global passive ability, allowing her to revive teammates even when she is not on the team. So, with Castorice in your character roster, you basically have a free get-out-of-jail card for all your Honkai Star Rail teams. Once you pull Castorice in Honkai Star Rail 3.2, none of the characters will die in the game as long as you have a good healer or shield that can heal or secure them after Castorice’s passive is triggered.

But that’s not all, as Castorice will most likely also be the strongest DPS character in the game after her release. She can act both as a DPS and a sustain for teams. Once Castorice is properly built, she can annihilate enemies with her memosprite “Netherwing.”
