Ubisoft’s open-world racing game, The Crew 2, is scheduled for an official release towards the end of June. However, the game studio has today announced the details for the closed beta testing program for this title.

The closed beta for The Crew 2 will kick-off at the end of this month on May 31st and continue until June 4th, for which you can sign up on Ubisoft’s official website. You will get a chance to enjoy the game on all major platforms, including PS4, Xbox One, and PC (via UPlay).

Since it is a closed beta, you can register your interest to test the game but Ubisoft will be selecting only a handful of users.

If you are one of the lucky ones who is selected to test out the game, Ubisoft will enable you to pre-load The Crew 2 on the platform of your choice a day earlier — on May 29th. You will then get the opportunity to invite three of your friends to test out the game.

In the closed beta, Ubisoft will give you access to the first level of the progression system across four different modes i.e. Street Race, Rally Raid, Powerboat, and Aerobatics. There are no restrictions in the open-world, which is a fully redesigned map of USA, and you will have the option to switch vehicle types with just a click.

I’m truly excited for the closed beta and am looking forward to learning more details about The Crew 2 at E3 2018, which is scheduled for next month.
