The first batch of free Units that you can get in Marvel Rivals’ Times Square map is during the Love on Parade event. Around the central area of the hub, you’ll spot a white carriage running through the streets. Simply jump on board to register your participation in the event. The first time you hop on a carriage, you’ll receive 100 free Units.
The procession celebrates Rogue and Gambit’s wedding, and fittingly enough, you can put the free Units to use in the ongoing Marvel Rivals Wedding Wishes event. Keep in mind that Love on Parade will expire on March 5th, 2026, at 9 AM UTC.
How to Get Free Units During Marvel Rivals Times Square Lion Dance Show
The second batch of free Units is tied to the Lion Dance Show, which is set up right next to Jeff’s Lemonade Stand. Starting February 15 at 4 PM UTC, just run up to the stage and interact with the massive drum to receive a Red Envelope carrying 100 free Units. The free currency will be available until February 22 at 4 PM UTC.
If you interact with the drum before February 27, you’ll also receive the ‘Awaken the Lion’ emote, which is usable by all heroes. So, make sure to check out the performance and grab both free items.
