Method 1: Cancel Spotify Premium on PC
Spotify makes the process a bit deceptive and the cancel option is hidden deep inside the menus, but here’s how to do it.
- Click on your profile picture at the top right of Spotify’s Desktop app and select Account.
- A webpage should open in your default browser. Here, sign in with your Spotify credentials if required.
- At the top of your screen, click on Your subscription.
- Click Change plan and then select Cancel Premium.
- Hit the Continue to cancel button. Your Spotify Premium should now be canceled.
Method 2: Cancel Spotify Premium on Phone
Spotify also lets you can cancel your Premium subscription using its app on Android and iPhone. The steps should be more or less the same regardless of what platform you’re on. Here’s how you can do it.
- On the Spotify app, tap on your profile picture at the top left and navigate to Settings and privacy > Account.
- On the next screen, tap on See available plans.

Why Can’t I Cancel My Spotify Premium Subscription?
